Welcome to Pokémon Battles

By using Pokémon Battles (the "Game"), you agree to these terms. If you're a kid, that's awesome — just make sure a parent or guardian knows you're playing. If you're a parent, thanks for letting your kids enjoy our game!

What You Can Do

• Play the game as much as you want — it's free!
• Battle Pokémon, explore the forest, and catch 'em all
• Invite friends using battle codes
• Play 2-player mode on the same keyboard
• Share the game with friends and family

What You Shouldn't Do

• Try to hack, cheat, or break the game
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Pretend to be someone else
• Do anything that would make other players sad

The Game Is Free

Pokémon Battles is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no premium upgrades, and no hidden costs. If anyone ever asks you for money related to this game, it's not from us!

Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and Game Freak. Pokémon Battles is a fan-made project created for fun and education. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by the official Pokémon brand. We use publicly available Pokémon artwork from the PokeAPI project.

No Guarantees

We made this game for fun, and we hope it works great for you. But we can't promise it will work perfectly on every device or that it will be available forever. The game is provided "as is" — enjoy it while it lasts!

Your Stuff

Your game progress (points, items, caught Pokémon) is saved in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you'll start fresh. For online battles, your nickname and battle history are saved on our server, but we don't keep any personal information.

Changes

We might update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Keep having fun — that's what matters most!
